Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (”GDPR”), we are the Data Controller of our direct Customers’ Personal Data, and certain types of User’s Personal Data.

The Data of which we are deemed as a Controller, consists of profile, and contact details, usage, preferences, engagement and analytics data. In addition, we are the Controller of the data which is being collected in our promotional Website. With respect to such data, we assume the responsibilities of Data Controller (to the extent applicable under law), as set forth in this Statement. In such instances, our external suppliers processing such data will assume the role of “Data Processor”.
